The Powerhouse Coaching Club is for coaches who are:

• Trained or currently in training as a professional coach

  • Ideally you have completed, or are in the process of completing, a program that offers at least 60 hours of solid coach training. (Weekend certification goers need not apply.)

• Willing to learn and uphold the industry standards and competencies as defined by the governing bodies

  • I’m an ICF Master Certified Coach and I will teach and critique your coaching based on the 8 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation. If you’re not sure what they are but are willing to learn them, join me!

• Committed to spending 3 hours each month on professional development for a minimum of 6 months

  • Yes, at least six months. Top athletes don’t stop practicing after they learn their sport. Nope, they keep going because there are always areas to improve if they want to be at the top of their game.

• ONE LIVE POWER HOUR per month led by yours truly via Zoom (open to non-members too)

  • Learn coaching from a master, ask questions, get better and network with coaches from around the world

• TWO LIVE 75-MINUTE COACHING CLINICS per month: Members meet on Zoom to workout, discuss, review, analyze and polish their coaching skills with me, an ICF Master Certified Coach

  • Drills, round robins, coach the coach, demo coaching, Q&A, assessing, dissecting, discussion and more. Your coaching skills and confidence will increase exponentially

FAQ’S

Can I join if I am not ICF credentialed?
Yes! However, you must be trained or currently in training with an ICF or EMCC accredited program so I know you are learning and practicing REAL coaching. But you don’t have to have an ACC, PCC or MCC to join. (But this will help you get there:)

Will I earn CCE hours for ICF requirements?
YES! This program is approved by ICF for up to 4 CCE hours each month! (3 core + 1 resource)

Do I have to pay for six months up front?
Nope. I want to make this very easy for you financially so I allow members to pay month to month. But I ask that you commit to sticking around for AT LEAST six months…for so many obvious reasons.

Will the Power Hours still happen?
Yep! Power Hours will continue and they will be open to members AND the general public. However, ONLY MEMBERS will have access to the Power Hour recordings. So non-members will have to attend live to take advantage of this free offering.

Where’s the schedule? What time will the clinics be?
For now they are scheduled for Tuesdays at 9am PST. The Power Hours are on the 1st Tuesdays, Clinics will be 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. The exact dates and times will be made available to members once they log into the club.

You said it’s NOT Facebook? Where is the Power Forum?
Far away from the distractions and black-hole that is FB. A proprietary platform just for us, We own it all and you will have your own account and 24 hour access. You’re gonna LOVE IT.

Will I get 1:1 feedback and critiques from Jen in the Coaching Clinics?
The Coaching Clinics are designed as a group experience that will extract learning opportunities in a variety of ways. So you shouldn’t expect personal feedback on your coaching as you would working with me 1:1, but it will definitely happen on occasion.

I know we are going to develop coaching skills, but what about finding clients?
I’ve got you covered there, too. Monthly themes, weekly challenges, bonus events and discussion threads found on the Power Forum support you in adopting best practices to attract paying clients.
